Use and Maintenance

1. Put AC input cable behind main machine to the external air switch or AC contactor, Pls don’t use switch of main power in machine often,  in order to avoid damage,  it will result in mistake from wire exchange  

2. DC output by the red, black terminal leads,  red for positive voltage, black is negative voltage,  press it when wiring

Note: The machine output is DC high Voltage, dangerous for human, pay attention to personal safety, into or out of tank with electricity was not permitted.

3. The machine blow from left inward, it is better to place power on the shelf   at the upper left of electrophoresis tank, try to stay away to avoid malfunction due to inhaling much corrosive vapor.

4. The electrophoresis power supply is equipped with tank temperature controller, temperature control range 0-100 °C, the output can be directly connected with ≤ 2KW heating rods or small cycles pump,  output was connected with High-current output terminal plate,  AC output 220V.

5. To facilitate control when power supply is far away from electrophoresis tank,  output terminal plate behind electrophoresis power have remote control pin-out, this terminal has a button instead of the start button on the machine.

6. The machine start button, time relays, voltage adjustment potentiometer, buzzer etc.,  they are wearing parts, it is necessary to prepare some spare parts.

7. Output voltage instability or loss of control is possibly resulted from low network voltage (KGY4 electrophoretic power supply input voltage is 220V ± 10%).  Another possibility is  that the circuit board malfunction,  the circuit board pins are gold plated, if discoloration or oxidation, please use thin cloth to scrub it with absolute alcohol,  it is not permitted to polish it with sand paper.

8. If workpiece was coated without good effect, the current does not automatically come down, there may be circuit board malfunction or silicon-control  single-arm conduction,  please check if  two diodes below circuit board is light;  Use AC clamp meter to check if silicon-control has current or be controlled under load conditions,  in addition, when controllable silicon only have one arm conduction, the output voltage will not reach rated value under load conditions.
