KL-400 is mainly used as primary paint with corrosion-resistance, and primer-top for one coatings for car industry, home appliances, light industry and machine industry.

5, PACKING AND STORAGE

Packing: 20KG or 50Kg / plastic drum

Storage: keep in dry and cool place

Shelf life: 6 months, over the shelf life, if the test is qualified, it still can be used.

6, PRETREATMENT PROCESS

Pre-degreasing→water rinse→degreasing→phosphating→water rinse→electro-deposition→Ultrafiltrate rinse→pure water rinse→drying and curing
