KL-500 was two-component electrophoretic paint, which is composed of electrophoretic resin and electrophoretic color paste. According to different requirement, KL-500 can be coated as brightness, semi-brightness or flat paint.

KL-500 was water-soluble paint, the solution with good stability

KL-500 has exceptional corrosion resistance

KL-500 PH is near neutral value, so the corrosive to equipment is very light.

KL-500 with excellent throwing power, the film thickness is very uniform not only in complex parts also in sharp side.

The solvent is water, so no fire danger

The content of organic solvent is very litter, and meet environment requirement. 

3 PACKING AND STORAGE

Packing: 20KG or 50Kg / plastic drum, resin and color paste are packed separately

Storage: keep in dry and cool place, prevent paint from contacting iron drum

Shelf life: 6 months at 5°C-35°C in light-proof place

4 Main application

Mainly used for coating metal parts of automobile, motorcycle, home appliance and other light industry products.
