It owns the properties of acrylic electrophoretic lacquer, and improve the stability and easy-operation of work solution,  coating film is highly gloss and transparent, it doesn’t charge color into yellow, mixing with various color paste to get colorful coating film, suitable for coating for light decorations, sanitary appliance, glass, decorative hard ware for inner-room, zipper, bike etc.

It has no special limitation about base materials, such: gold, silver, axletree, nickel, zinc plating deposit etc, as well as aluminum, stainless steel, iron and zinc alloy etc.

Note 1 workpiece is zinc phosphate (Zn3(PO4)2) standard plate, coating film make a cross scratch, film thickness10-12um.

Note: Pole plate area ratio------- cathode area:anode are, (workpiece as cathode), anode area influence uniformity of coating film largely. Replenishment

* Electrophoretic lacquer  add pure water or bath solution while agitating, when resin disperses evenly, then add lacquer tank. ( it is not permitted to add 8031 original lacquer into lacquer tank.)

*  Solven R-810 can be added into lacquer tank directly without diluting, R-811 is hydrophobic solvent, it will take long to mix together with tank lacquer, or else it results in oil point (crater),

* Auxiliary agent  dilute it with pure water at ratio 1:4 before adding, it can’t be added directly.
